I was in charge of monitoring the doggy playgroup I was assigned to. My tasks included cleaning and feeding the dogs, watching for conflicts while engaging in play and cleaning the playgroups and play equipment.

I bathed bath and groom dogs, performing sanitary, paw pad and face trims on the required dogs. I handled scheduling in the grooming department, answering calls throughout my shift to schedule appointments. I would also answer any questions pertaining to grooming services or required shots, call clients before appointments and relay information in regard to the dog in my care.

I learned bathing and drying techniques such as how to properly bathe each coat type, deshedding, dematting and fluff drying. Alongside bathing duties i also helped maintain laundry throughout the day and gave assistance to front desk and kennel staff when able.

I was in charge of answering calls and questions in regards to our boarding and grooming departments. I handled client forms, scheduled appointments and dealt with transactions. After hours, I was in charge of cleaning, restocking, closing the drawer, filing away customers folders for the day and pulling for the next. I was also in charge of transferring information while going from physical to digital.

I started working as a Cashier, in charge of handling money and orders. When I became old enough, i began working in the kitchen, cooking food and preparing order. I would float between positions as needed, having days where i worked in morning prep, dealing with inventory and pre-portioned ingredients. I was promoted to team Lead in my last year, managing the shifts i worked and performing manager duties in the absence of one.
