-Plumbing repairs including sloan valves, flushometers, control stops and vacuum breakers. Faucet cartridges, p-traps, drinking fountains, garbage disposals.

-Perform electrical repairs, outlet replacements, plug replacements, soldering contacts on led light drivers.

-Golf cart repairs and servicing

-Door repairs, including locking mechanisms and millions

-HVAC maintenance, filter changes and an understanding of the WebCTRL software

• -Assist Maintenance with identifying classroom and facility repairs (Williams Facility inspections)
• -Perform minor repairs (furniture repairs, equipment repairs, plumbing)
• -Submit requisitions and PO requests for school custodial supplies and repairs
• -Train custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety
• -Problem solve efficiently and safely with limited support after hours

• -Replace lighting ballasts
• -Adjust door closers for back check, swing, and latch sequence
• -Adjust door hinges
• -Replace diaphragms in toilets/urinals
• -Troubleshoot electrical issues with GFCI outlets

• -Inspect incoming food deliveries to ensure food safety
• -Keep accurate daily logs of temperatures (refrigerators and freezers)
• -Inspect and submit repair work orders areas to appropriate departments when needed
• -Follow Health Department guidelines for Food Service safety and cleanliness
• -Perform minor repairs as needed

• -Clean assigned run of bathrooms and classrooms on a nightly basis
• -Assist in setting up special events as needed
• -Perform Room moves and Summer cleaning of classrooms

• -Clean bathrooms and buildings
• -Responsible for locking up buildings and setting alarm nightly
• -Perform minor repairs as needed
