I have always had a passion of understanding people.
Understanding the person is one of the most important aspect of being a practitioner; the classic: treat the patient not the disease/problem. Isn't that the truth in all interactions? Whether we are engaged with our team, family, friends and or potential clients, the first order is to understand who they are before you dive into the 'why' they do what they do.
Understanding who people are builds trust, creates transparency and nourishes relationship; because it sets the 'come as you are' approach in full motion and this helps all of see we are broken.
As a small business/private practice owner for 10+ years what drives me, and the success I had and have, are quality relationships. Passion for people and how you are serving them is what creates long term joy, growth and success for you and who you represent.
