I supported my family working in construction trades for close to 30 years. 8 years ago, while installing windows, I fell 14 feet putting an untimely end to my construction career. I was fortunate enough to work with an amazing Physical Therapist that not only helped rehabilitate my body but changed my direction in life. I have always had a passion for exercise and science. I am excited to have the opportunity to study and apply exercise as medicine and to share the level of care, compassion, and inspiration that was shared with me.
