• Fulfill responsibilities as the onsite coordinator which serves as the point of contact for any tasks or events that are needing to be conducted at the customer-controlled facility. These include emplacement to operate equipment, System Integration and Check Out (SICO), maintenance, training and storage of Patriot Major End Items (MEIs). Other duties as the onsite coordinator also include enforcing standards for safe work practices amongst the facility personnel and guests as well as keeping in communication with the onsite customer to ensure they are up to date on events and their needs are being met.
• Maintain communication with the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) customers to ensure the desired logistic support objectives and schedules are met as well as relayed to management. Also provide support to the customer as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in matters pertaining to the Battery Command Post (BCP), Tactical Command System (TCS), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS) within the Patriot fleet.
• Support deployment planning and manning. This includes generating and deconstructing shipping loadouts of fielding equipment traveling by land, sea or air to CONUS/OCONUS unit locations.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet the goal of providing the best logistic and technical support for our customers, to include interfacing with and providing support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Create and track Product Quality Deficiency Reports using the Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program as well as communicate updates of new additions, close-outs or any other changes in status to the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of spares and other items as well as perform general warehouse inventory control.
• Support in the procurement efforts of items and components requested by the customer or military units for systems or equipment supported by the program contract.
• Contribute to the refurbishment process by assembling/reassembling, testing and troubleshooting parts and equipment before fielding the equipment to units within the Patriot fleet.
• Communicate with the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) customers to ensure the desired logistic support objectives, and schedules are met as well as relayed to management. Also provide support to the customer as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in matters pertaining to the Battery Command Post (BCP), Tactical Command System (TCS), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS) within the Patriot fleet.
• Support deployment planning and manning. This includes generating and deconstructing shipping loadouts for fielding equipment traveling by land, sea or air to CONUS/OCONUS unit locations.
• Participate in Recapitalization and upgrade efforts for assets in the Patriot Air and Missile Defense (AMD) program as well as troubleshoot faults found in the Recapitalized or upgraded equipment to ensure each asset provided to the operator is Fully Mission Cable (FMC).
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet the goal of providing the best logistic and technical support for our customers, to include interfacing with and providing support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Develop logistical plans necessary to provide support in the areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and technical services.
