-Handle all Inbound receiving and put-away for Inventory
-Inventory counts and reconciliation
-Inventory and Subassembly process refinement
-Inventory kitting for production team
-Returns and Material Review Board (MRB) handling
-Leader of all temporary employee onboarding. This would include orientation, assignment termination,
and all communication between ITS and the corresponding temp agency.
-Timecard creation, maintenance, and auditing in ADP for all temporary associates in three separate
warehouses.
-Invoice auditor for temp agency invoices, including sending payroll reports and ensuring accuracy of
employee's, pay, pay rates, and total payment for temp agency invoices.
-Lead of special projects. This included any work that does not fall within the operations contract for
each client, time studies, team recruiting, and processing/ completion of projects.
-Lead of returns team, which processes returns for all clients in the warehouse. Inventory correction and
auditing as needed.
-Created all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) for the returns department as well as the Value-
Added Services department. This included all SOP's for each client's specific return procedures and
guidelines, as well as all temp related processes such as:
> Temporary Employee Orientation
> ADP profile creation and maintenance
> Temporary Employee Termination
> Temporary Employee requesting procedure
> Temp agency payroll reporting procedure
> Temp agency invoice auditing procedure/ error resolution
-Startup of a small outbound handling account and refined the processing.
-Communication with warehouse clients for returns and special project related activities.
-Created an automated sheet to separate pay differential hours for all temporary associates in Excel.
-Team lead for package sorting and shipment.
-Loaded trailers by forklift and signed off for shipping.
