  • I would get readings from each press telling me how much torque a stand up screw gun has and lowering the torque for each press.
  • I would check glue barrels and switch them if empty.
  • If a robot went down it would be my job to fix it or to call a tool maker or a production technician for assistance.
  • I would also change the printers for the labels.
  • I would also collect rejected parts and fix the issue or if it was damaged or had hair inside of the glass would throw it in the scrap pile if it was non fixable.
  • I also would have to restock the line for production.
  • I drove a stand up forklift to restock or deliver the products to shipping.
  • I also took readings of the tail light telling me the dimension of the holes that would lock onto the car. I had to do this three times on my shift.
  • I would also tear down rejected parts that have water in them.

  • It was my job to walk up to them first and tell them.
  • It would be my job to make sure that the operator is doing their job correctly so we wouldn’t get rejects.
