During my recorded drilling performance, the company was ranked #1 land driller according to Energy Point Research Survey.
- Contracted by Birch Resources, Rig 375 consistently broke records for spuds by quarter, increasing land leases and funding to 450 million per round. In 2022, Birch ranked #2 in the nation, drilling 88 wells. A considerable feat considering only operating 2 drilling platforms. Among the leading resource companies, operational rig count far exceeded 50 plus platforms.
- I personally led the district in connection times, trip times, casing times, while holding a competitive, minimal down time. Under my leadership, 17 employees were promoted, including 2 that reached my current position.
- Led, managed and supervised drilling contractors and service company personnel in daily operations, well construction, and well casing, cementing, and testing operations.

- E-4 to E-5: I qualified as work center supervisor over entire ammunition storage magazines, armory, and magazine sprinkler systems. During deployment this included 30 million dollars of small arms and ammunition. I personally commanded the last burial at sea ceremony for 37 veterans.
- As LPO, I conducted 3 ammo on/off loads for combat deployments. My division scored the highest during the 'INSURV' inspections for operational readiness. Inventoried, inspected, and maintained all small arms, MOD 1 and 2, 25mm weapon systems, and assisted with the 'CIWS/Phalanx'.
