One of my largest accomplishments in mining was coming into a plant that had previously had 12 MSHA citations. I took over the plant lead safety team and got the buy in from the crew. Over the next 6 years we achieved 6 triple zeros. That's Zero MSHA citations, zero lost time injuries and zero NOV.
