  • Worked as the HIMARS Fire Control NCO within the Alpha battery, 3rd Battalion 197th Field Artillery Regiment. Notably played a pivotal role in the Battery, expertly processing over 300 digital fire missions over six months. Versatility was evident though active participation in two, emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, showcasing seamless ability to operate across multiple echelons. Was critical to mission readiness and influential leadership
  • Empowered his four-person crew with decision- making responsibilities and delegated tasks during rehearsals and section operations. Invested over 20 hours of personal and off duty time to educate three new soldiers on the duties of the Battery Operations center, including software proficiency. This dedicated effort significantly enhanced both individual solder readiness and overall unit preparedness.
  • Guided eight launcher crews and two platoon fire direction centers through section qualifications during the 2023 mobilization. Spent over six hours troubleshooting software systems to ensure the units successful qualifications. Oct 19th 2023 promptly responded defensively to an enemy one way unmanned air vehicle threat and assisted surrounding soldiers to do the same.
  • Outstanding meritorious service though enemy attack from April 3 2023 to January 2024 while serving as a section chief to Alpha battery, 1st Battalion 182nd Field Artillery Regiment in support of operation Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield. Leadership, service, dedication and professionalism were vital to the success to the units mission.
