I started my law enforcement career at 21 years old, employed by the Colerain Township Police Department in Ohio. Colerain Township is a large, suburban area that is just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the 2nd largest township in the State of Ohio, 42.9 square miles, with a population of approximately 60,000 residents. It is very diverse, ranging from high-crime suburban neighborhoods, to shopping centers, parks, and rural land. Colerain Township Police Department averages approximately 125 calls for service in a 24 hour period, and in the year of 2025, officers responded to 45,611 calls for service. Each shift consists of a total of five officers and a supervisor, to cover the whole township. On a busy shift, I would respond to 15-20 calls for service in one shift, ranging from high-priority calls, to low-priority report calls, therefore gaining plenty of law enforcement experience in my career. Throughout my career, I became a Field Training Officer, Crime Scene Evidence Technician, and also joined the Honor Guard Unit. I also enjoy keeping myself busy while on shift, regularly engaging in proactive police work when time allows me to.
One of three cadets in my academy class presented with the Sgt. Brian Dulle Memorial Award. The Sgt. Brian Dulle Award is not an award for the highest academic scores, top firearms score, or fastest driving time, however is presented for exceptional character, assisting classmates and helping others.
