Summary
I am an enthusiastic youth ready to work hard and dedicate myself to the ministry. In April of 2022 I joined up with the team at AYM to work on an event that they host every 6 months for spiritual revival. It trained me in how the ministry works, taught me how to conduct myself in evangelism aspects, and gave me the dedication and eagerness to work harder than ever to achieve my goals. Since then I have partnered with Child Impact as a Youth Ambassador, preached my first sermon, worked as a volunteer for a Light Bearers Convocation, was a member on the nominating committee at my church, became VP of Evangelism for AYM, planned an AYM Evangelism club retreat, and been on the search committee that helped find my church's new pastor after our previous pastor retired. I still have minimal experience in ministry, and am growing in my abilities. What I truly offer is both determination and a hard work ethic. Ever since my first AYM event as a member of the team I have been working nonstop to get the best outcomes possible. To achieve this, I had to stop using Youtube, TikTok, video games, or any other entertainment source, been consistently waking up at 4:30-5:30 AM, have documented everything that I have been doing to find effective strategies, scheduling every hour of the day for a structured system, been setting monthly goals to find long-term benefits, and doing the most I can to be the best person possible. The more I work through this, the more I am able to see God's leading.
