Working in an auto parts warehouse, I was responsible for stocking inventory, organizing products, and ensuring items were accurately prepared for shipment. I maintained a clean and efficient workspace while managing deadlines to keep operations running smoothly. My role also included building and securing pallets for shipping, which required attention to detail and a commitment to safety. For this, I was required to have my forklift certification. This job strengthened my time management skills, taught me the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced environment, and gave me a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Other aspects of the job include paperwork management, shipment document creation, and warehouse cleaning at the end of every workday.

During my two years at Chick-fil-A, I worked closely with a supportive and hardworking team in a fast-paced environment. I focused on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and valued. Whether managing high-volume orders during busy hours, training new team members, or maintaining cleanliness and efficiency, I worked on every task to the best of my ability. This experience strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills and taught me the importance of teamwork and creating a positive environment for customers and coworkers. My time at Chick-fil-A helped me grow personally, spiritually, and professionally, and it deepened my appreciation for building meaningful connections through small, thoughtful interactions.
