I've been in food service for about 10 years now and have had experience in various restaurants. I am very familiar with high-volume, stressful environments, and I enjoy the opportunity to thrive under those conditions. It's a very unique job where I believe the skills learned translate very well to every facet of life, not just the parts specific to restaurant work. I appreciate this line of work because it keeps me busy and on my feet, you get to meet a lot of people from every walk of life, and all the different personalities are not just tolerated, but celebrated.
