My personal story is one of overcoming, and succeeding. I have distinguished myself by my positive attitude and overcoming spirit. I will bring that energy with me every where I go. At my current employ I started at the bottom of the totem pole, and worked my way up to lead and relief manager before my 22nd birthday. I am proud of that achievement. I have an old school work ethic, and that will be valuable to ULINE, and to all of my team mates.
I am the Team Lead, and a relief manager of the Wind Gap Giant Direct.
I began as a cashier and I have received 5 promotions.
Giant Direct is a personal shopping department.
We hand pick and consolidate customers orders, then we deliver it to their vehicle.
As team lead I am tasked with ensuring my department exceeds expected goals, and out performs expectations.
Worked hard to achieve and exceed the department goals, expectations, and metrics.
Formulate efficient employee schedules accommodating their availability.
Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
As a relief manager I am tasked with running the total store.
Made sure every department is doing as they are designed to.
Knowledgeable and informed of the stores standard operating procedures.
Responsible for maintaining proper sanitation standards.
Served as a role model for the team by demonstrating commitment to excellence, professionalism, and adherence to company values at all times.
