Seth Winder

Detailed groundskeeper cultivates and cares for grounds and landscaping surrounding properties or buildings. Physically fit and strong individual with outstanding physical stamina to handle work in both cold and hot weather.

I put in the extra work to be in the honors classes for my 7th and 8th grade years, and I will be taking all honors and AP classes for my 9th grade year. I am in the accelerated math program at Pleasant Grove Junior High, so even though I am in 8th grade I already have 9th grade math finished. We had to have hard homeworks each night, so I have learned to be responsible and hard working. I have gotten math awards in the past before, and have a 3.8 GPA.

I have been taking piano lessons since I was in 5th grade and learned a lot about music theory. I then used those skills I developed to learn the trumpet in 7th grade. I put in a lot of work, and now I am the first trumpet in my jazz band this year. When my band teacher saw that I was willing to put in the work, he then asked me to play the baritone in my concert band. I then worked hard and got really good at the low brass. These skills of working hard and getting good at new things has helped develop a really good work ethic.

I am really hard working, physically fit, and am very social and play a lot of sports. All of these skills have made me really good at working hard when I need to, and good at problem solving.
