Responsibility:

• Involved in analysis of problems that are reported on secure web/mobile TIAA and TIAABANK applications.
• Work on monthly prod support maintenance release activity on coordinating and fixing on maintenance bugs reported in production release projects.
• Proactively monitoring logs using Splunk ,Dynatrace and Tealeaf to check on any issues that are reported.
• Working towards to make sure there is no downtime of secure web/mobile application in tiaa.
• Working with business to resolve problems faced on production and provide fix that are necessary for application.
• Managed team of 10 personnel focused on implementing Maintenance resolutions and updates.

Project : CONGO : Consolidated GetOffering Info system designed for Wal-Mart store associates to perform picking and staging of items ordered through different channel like Walmart.com or Store backroom replenishment.

Responsibilities :

• Involved in Design and Implementation of Common Multi threaded Task Allocation module. which Split and allocates tasks for next available associates.
• Performance Analyzer: Designed and implemented performance analyzer for tracking associates performance
  across all stages (Pick and Stage).
  Pack and Stage: Developed pack and stage module which handles packing and shipping label generation process. Also involved in various technical discussions to define the scopes and technical challenges in the ongoing
  development activities.
• Logger: Implemented common Logging Framework using Spring AOP for tracking performance of individual
  components.

Project: IMPROvE (Increase Management Performance, Reward Overall Excellence)

Responsibilities:

• Involved in requirements gathering of the Enhancements and creating of Technical requirement documents.
• Involved in Designing, developing components as well as technology support analysis and POC’s development for feasibility.
• Strictly followed bounce architecture to build application in MVC pattern while applying various design patterns.
• Responsible for creating Rich User Interfaces for complex requirements by friendly and faster response support for scorecard views for users.
• Worked on the SIT and UAT support activities for J2ee design created.

Project : RSA (Retail Staffing Administration)

Responsibilities:

o Involved in designing Flex UI components using Adobe Flex 3. o Involved in Designing and developing Flex UI components as well as Flex custom components using Flex Builder 3. o Strictly followed Cairngorm architecture to build the application in the MVC pattern while applying various design patterns.

o Flex based User Interface was developed using Layout Containers, Data Grids, Navigational components and Flex custom components. o Responsible for creating Rich User Interfaces for complex applications using Adobe Flex 3.0 o Designed Web Application which is a RIA (Rich Internet Application) which is built on Adobe Flex and J2EE technologies. o Designed and developed rich-media application using Adobe Flex 3 o Responsible for development of MXML and Action Script files to meet the business requirements. o Designed and developed all required Data providers which are being used by Flex General UI controls.

o Worked on Flex, Action Script for building Rich Internet Applications (RIA’s) with Dialogs, Tool Bar, Menus, Grid, Form, and Combo Box. o Flex development exposure of Flex Layout and Navigation, Advanced Event Handling, Popup Dialogs, Menus and Skinning.

Finacle 10.4, 11.0 (Development)

Description

The main Objective of this project is to facilitate CRM which is a single window for all the customer needs and help the bank in enhancing the clientele base. This supports a suite of Finacle Products (i.e. CRM, Core, FI, e - banking etc). In CRM the new feature development was in Flex to support calendar/diary management will help in organizing the various customer appointments in a systematic manner. This will also help the individual employees to managing their time and tasks appropriately. Appointment is an entity representing time allocation of a user/group. Diary is a view of Appointments (a presentation of Appointments).

Responsibilities o Designed and developed prototype for Calendar view screens and Flex frame work concept modules.

o Designed and developed technical architecture framework for Flex screens and Diary management concepts in the application.

o Designed several Flex UI screens with the help of Flex 4 Builder (RIA).

o Designed and implemented the Oracle query builder database changes needed to support the framework in servlet files.

o Extensively used on the Cairngorm framework for supporting Flex. o Extensively worked with Data Grids and Grids. o Developed Custom events for the custom components like Combo Box, Application Control Bar and Navigators.
