Sevan Meroian

Intermediate knowledge in Python and C++. I worked as a programmer (mainly) and met tight deadlines in an Undergraduate Research Study at NASA (JPL), under LAMC's STEM Dean Dr. Morales. I demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills while learning the valuable skill of working in a team and being able to present my work to an audience that is extremely knowledgeable. I am a current Honors Student at LAMC and have been on the Dean's List every semester. I am a member of two active clubs, with one of them being a club that is ran by UCLA, which helps students in applying to UC's and leads them into a successful path by making sure they are constantly working hard. I have clear goals in mind, and these skills and current experience I have will only continue to grow.

• Completed an Undergraduate Research Study at NASA (JPL)
• Worked in a team supervised by LAMC's STEM Dean Dr. Morales
• Successfully built a program that took FITS files that contained images of stars and analyzed/edited them to the liking of Dr. Morales
• Presented to an audience of NASA members

Cybersecurity is a new passion that I have, and while I have very little experience in it, it is worth mentioning since it is a job that I will be looking for in the future.
