I help customers find the products they need. I make sure that they are happy and satisfied. I make sure that the store is run correctly, that all daily tasks are done correctly and in a timely manner. So that new stock can be put on the sales floor for customer satisfaction. I make sure all employees are performing there jobs and there tasks for the day correctly and in a timely manner . I make sure the store is fully stocked and recovered every night before closing. Also that the store is clean swept and mopped for the next day. Also I manage handle and report theft to the police quickly so that the subject may be caught. Also I manage all products coming into the store through Vendors and Dollar General Merchandise.
