I have over eight years of experience In the manufacturing company. I started as a CNC operator which has allowed me to learn a lot about the machinery and my responsibility as a CNC operator was to make parts for vehicles such as John Deere, Honda, Chrysler, and other vehicles as well. I moved on to a meat company, and this has allowed me to grow with the company, so that is why I know a lot of the ins and outs and how manufacturing companies work, and along with that I have a lot of leadership experience, I am a fast learner and ready to learn. I always strive for the best. As a worker at Tyson Foods, I have done a variety of jobs starting from production worker to all the way as supervisor, this company has allowed me to grow and I had a lot of opportunities for growth. I've been an ergonomics monitor at Tyson Foods, and I also was a leader, which allowed me to supervise a group of people finally I have grown to be a supervisor, and this has been a great experience that has allowed me to become a stronger and better leader. A hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure an entry-level leadership position. Ready to help the team achieve company goals.
