I grew up on a farm in Garrison North Dakota. Having this opportunity has served me well over the years working in the Property and Right of Way field. I feel it given me a deeper understand of the land and what it means to the person that makes their living off of it and the extremely hard work that goes into farming and ranching. Having grown up in the farming industry taught me work ethic, dedication and how to work as a team toward the common goal. I work well under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges. I feel I have good interpersonal skill and enjoy meeting and working with new people. Thinking outside the box and problem solving are challenges I also enjoy taking on.
