Project Description - The Project is to implement Salesforce CRM (Financial Service loud) solution for Mission National Bank Wealth Management, that integrates and replaces its fragmented system of on-premise software.

Responsibilities -

• Facilitating communication among stakeholders, team members, and the ScrumMaster
• Creating user stories and prioritize the backlog
• Assist in managing the scrum team and Sprint Planning / execution, working closely with the ScrumMaster
• Communicate with Stakeholders regarding the Product roadmap, timelines, and status of requests
• Working with Scrum Master and Product owner to ensure consistency in deployment

Project Description - This Project was a enhancement in Cigna Mobile application for Home Delivery Pharmacy , Drug Search, and Health Care Professional Directory features .

Responsibilities -

• Worked on Agile Scrum methodology to complete sprints and working on tasks including Daily standup and reporting.
• Conducted Discovery sessions with Product Owner and Stakeholders.
• Involved in conducting Scrum meetings,
• Creating User Stories, Product backlogs, and prioritizing them alongside of the Product Owner and Scrum Team through JIRA.
• Performed GAP Analysis to determine the GAP between current and expected application functionality.
• Designed Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Swim lane diagrams and Wireframes using MS Visio to explain the process workflow.
• Reviewed test plans and test cases developed by testing team to make sure all requirements have been included in the scripts and tested properly.
• Reviewed and updated the defect status during the testing phase of project and reported them to product owner and Scrum Master.

Project 1 Description - This project was to implement application for disability finance management , used by internal moderators of Cathay Bank to answer disabled people financial questions. This application uses external AI engine to provide answer to the questions asked by end user/moderators.

Project 2 Description - This project was to enhance existing AML Software AML Risk Manager in context to Watch List Filtering. Watch list filtering screens customer and vendor data against sanctions and PEP lists, as well as custom lists and those provided by third-party data service providers. It also includes customer risk scoring.

Responsibilities :

• Analyzed the existing Business Modules and their impact on the current system using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Conducted Discovery sessions with SME's and teams for gathering initial requirements.
• Performed and facilitated various Agile Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning meeting, Daily scrum meeting, Stand-ups and Sprint review meeting.
• Worked closely with program manager to develop and manage Product backlog, User Stories, Sprint Plan, Iteration plan and Sprint Backlog.

Project Description : Loan Origination enhancement project.

The project involved the enhancement of Loan Origination Software (ALS). ALS-SM is a highly sophisticated, scalable software with a modular construction that supports a fully integrated system of account management and customer service for the life of the loan. This Project automates Loan Origination Process beginning with the customer initiation to fund transfer. The system performs all the business functions of the loan process such as the Origination, Servicing, Closing, Loss Mitigation, Loan Modification, Appraisal, and Credit, Income.

Responsibility :

• Used Agile / Scrum methodology to implement the project.
• Procured and Documented approval from Business stakeholders and closely interacted with the project manager
• Conducted meetings and JAD sessions during the process of Requirement Gathering
• Created Requirement Specification Documents based on meetings with End Users, JAD Sessions and analysis of their existing systems
• Conducted timely requirement review sessions with the Stakeholders and end users to ensure the product verification

Project Summary - Project was to implement Financial Service cloud, Lighting Application, in context to implement the Retail Banking feature . This project helped bankers to easily manage high-volume transactions on one screen with Retail Banking Console. After implementation personal bankers see their key data and tasks that are included with Retail Banking.

Responsibilities :

• Used Agile / Scrum methodology to understand existing system and current business process and method to identify deficiencies for improvement and enhancement
