· Assist Registrar and IR with the collection of statistics as required by various agencies for reports including, but not limited to IPEDS, Board of Regents, Carl Perkins, Louisiana Department of Education, and the Legislature.
· Provide data to various departments, divisions, and committees for educational planning.
· Organize and administer records, progression, and graduation eligibility of all students.
· Report on trends, students of concern and other areas as needed.
· Collect previous school transcripts and prepare for evaluation of coursework for Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs.
