  • I believe I am a strong applicant for Sergeant because I bring both leadership experience and practical operational knowledge that directly benefit the department.
  • My prior supervisory experience as a Sergeant at the Sarcoxie Police Department gave me firsthand experience supervising officers, reviewing reports, training new personnel, and assisting command staff with department projects and grant-related work.
  • At the Neosho Police Department, I have continued to take initiative beyond standard patrol duties by helping lead major equipment upgrades, radar standardization, patrol vehicle organization, and fleet management. These projects required planning, consistency, communication, and follow-through.
