• Water Based Transit Solutions for UNESCO Heritage Site, University of Pennsylvania, Spring 2024, Collaborated with local scientists, historians, and politicians in Cartagena, Colombia to identify the key causes of deterioration to the historic city identity and materiality., Analyzed global precedents for water-based transit in historic coastal cities for equipment variables, operating costs, and environmental impact., Generated and delivered a proposal for a three phase, low-cost implementation of water-based transit in Cartagena designed to reduce harmful traffic in the city's historic center.
