at a time
• Setup system of racks containing servers for test stage ensuring proper fiber connectivity and switch configurations according to vendor specifications.
• Managed appropriate system updates, vendor specific firmware and BIOS of the customized systems
built.
• Identifying of error codes via confluence and JIRA
• Execution of system hardware repairs per proper
procedures as per manufacturer's guidelines.
• Issue Resolution collaboration with software
developers and firmware engineers for any outstanding escalated software or firmware issues.
• Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and
communicate to Peer technicians, Team Lead and
Supervisors
