Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI, Publishing the report to Service, and Mobile App
- Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives.
- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid decision-making.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Creating relationships between data and developing tabular and other multidimensional data models.
- Used Power BI Gateways to keep the dashboards and reports up to date.
- Worked on POC to migrate existing on premise BI platform to Azure Cloud.
- Worked on Azure cloud in spinning of new resources under resource group.
- Worked on Data factory tool in order to load the data from on premise to Azure Data Lake.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics.
- Cleaning and validating Imported data from any source file (SQL, Excel, XML, CSV, etc.)
- SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
- Used SSIS to create, maintain and troubleshoot ETL packages to validate, extract, transform and load data to data warehouse databases.
- Experience in deploying SSIS packages to multiple environments using different methodologies and performing Automation of SSIS Packages using SQL Server agent.
- Responsible of analyzing the existing data elements (Client specific schema) and mapping to Broadridge specific data elements.
- Worked in Agile based environment involved to work closely with web, Mid-tier, BSA and QA to understand business requirements.
- Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
