While working at Crown Equipment, I am out on the production floor as a "floater". In this position I have had the opportunity to learn all of the machines within one department, this allows for me to be able to fill in for anyone when they are absent. On the days when I am not needed on a machine, I spend my time assisting my group leader and occasionally the supervisor with different tasks. Some of these tasks include:

• Maintained cleanliness of workstations, contributing to a well-organized work environment for increased productivity.
• Organized work to meet demanding production goals.
• Assisted in training new employees on production processes, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
• Participated in regular meetings with team members to discuss production updates.
• Entered data into the computer as well as assisting in making changes to the function of the department to allow for things run smoother.
