Direct day-to-day administrative and operational functions for nursing care delivered for 209 bed facility and Central Receiving Center. Services are delivered to adult, children and adolescent individuals diagnosed with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Duties include managing, delegating, budgeting and improving quality of services delivered to clients. Oversight of interdisciplinary treatment teams inclusive of nurse managers, nursing supervisors and clinical managers. Also providing guidance and leadership to over 150+ employees across more than ten departments including nine inpatient units and admissions department. Designated Infection Control Officer – maintaining highest aseptic procedures throughout the facility. Coordination of company wide vaccine initiatives and TB skin testing. Collaboration with executive management, psychiatrist, accrediting agencies and community partners to improve practices. Established new policies/nursing protocol and updated existing policies to improve standard of care for patients and enhance service delivery based on evidence based practice.
