  • Beginning in August, co-planned and co-taught whole group literacy and math content w/ lead teacher; assumed full instructional responsibility of all whole group literacy and math content in February 2025
  • Beginning in September, strategically planned for and taught responsive small group literacy and math instruction 2 times per week; began daily responsive small group instruction in December 2024
  • Conducted daily and weekly formative assessment analyses to inform teaching next steps
