As part of the Key Expert Community in Laboratory Diagnostics, I deep-dive into ideas and explore challenges to find new ways to improve processes and to solve problems. For example, as part of my Program Manager role of the Assay Analytics program, I am driving change in the integration of laboratory assay technical claims with commercial master data, to automate consumption of these combine data parameters into analytics digital use cases and offerings for internal and external customers. Additionally, I actively submit ideas to our Idea and Innovation platforms and have been involved in 3 patent submissions related to digital offerings in Sustainability, and algorithms to improve Atellica Solution modules capabilities for sample and workflow management.

• Management multiple strategic projects as workstreams within the Assay Analytics program using Agile methodology
• Leading of a developer team based in Bangalore, India, to drive end-to-end processes of internal and external digital tools to troubleshoot, monitor and forecast assay performance of in-vitro medical devices
• Interaction with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify business needs and requirements, perform use case design, provide progress updates, make adjustments, and deliver digital offerings for assay performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Consultation to internal stakeholders on effective and efficient user experience strategies for use of digital tools based on their use case
• Application of value-driven, innovative concepts to develop solutions used to address business requirements
• Development of tool roll-out components of program management of Assay Analytics, including training, user management, operations, incident management and utilization monitoring of tools

• End-to-end management (including travel to customer sites and regional offices) of technical implementation projects related to Automation and Informatics products for end-customers in the Latin America region
• Liaison of implementation of best practices, technical updates, troubleshooting, and training updates between North America and Latin America internal support teams and end-customers
• Training, mentoring, and consulting of the internal support teams in the countries, to empower and build knowledge of their own to continue support after project is completed
• Interactions with Siemens end-customers, delivering presentations, and consulting on the implementation process and technical details
• Serve as an active part of the customer team to offer project updates and as a subject matter expert during the implementation
• Evaluation of technical performance against goals and implemented appropriate development plans.
• Handling of customer relations issues, enabling quick resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Occasional management of Controlled Roll-Out (CRO) of new products/services when participation from Latin America countries is involved

• Provision of implementation services, Train-the-Trainer education, and troubleshooting on all Siemens Healthineers instrumentation and Data Management applications
• Management of all topics concerning assigned customer accounts and coordination with customer team
• Sales support activities related to medical devices reagents and consumables

• Worked with clinical operations and medical directors to develop consistent language and criteria for forms, protocols, reports and safety procedures and completion/submission thereof
• Served as key operational user of medical devices and provided training when needed
• Helped management optimize laboratory processes for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Collect and process testing of blood and tissue samples with focus on accuracy and adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Consulted with outside professionals and specialists about tests and testing results.
• Laboratory scheduling, participation in peer-to-peer audits and inspections with College of American Pathologists (CAP)
