Shala Mai-tran

I've worked at Cafe Trang for seven years now, and i have been working part-time there. I have enjoyed my time there, but I have also wanted to work in a different setting and environment, somewhere that's not in the restaurant setting. While working at Cafe Trang, I have had a good experience with working around my co workers as well as the customers so that they are able to have the best experience and the best satisfaction as possible. While working at Cafe Trang, I have not only have done my job at being a cashier, but I have also helped around with the preparation of the food and handing it out to the customers. I have also had the opportunity to make beverages while working here with the time i've had.

During my time at Cafe Trang, I have grown to develop strong interpersonal skills, efficiently managing customer interactions as well as resolving any issues to ensure that the customers are satisfied while being there. My role required me to multitask and handle numerous responsibilities, including cashier duties, food preparation, and beverage making. During this experience has helped my ability to work and maintain a high standard of service in a very fast-paced environment.

Now, I am seeking for a new opportunity that allows me to use my skills in a different setting, where I can continue to grow throughout professionally. My dedication to providing good service and my ability to adapt to new challenges.
