• Operationalized the service - added observability: metrics, diagnostics and built live site dashboards and responsible for managing the live site incidents
• Led and enabled Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) conditional access scenarios working with cross functional and partner teams involving Azure Auth, Office365 and within Intune scenario teams

• Built the Developer experience to add the distributed cache in the application through the Visual Studio
• Built the distributed cache feature by integrating with Service Fabric
• Built the functional test framework to test the functionality of the cache
