• Implemented efficient operational processes to optimize productivity and resource allocation.

Managing multiple programs including Maternal Health, Covid response, community outreach and team management. Supervision includes overseeing 3 supervisors, 8 Maternal Community Health Workers and 19 Community Health Workers. Implementations of CAB's that support Black and Brown families while making space for them to share experiences with decision-makers. Collaborating with health leads to educate parents on the importance of their reproductive health. Educating the importance of Safe Space, Social Support and Safe Sleep while increasing awareness of racial disparities in our community. And managing multiple program budgets.

Support NICU families with direct support! Engaging families through parent education and creating an escape for them while in the unite. Also, collection of data for March of Dimes, Managing a budget and submitting invoices monthly.

Working with new moms, helping to connect them with services right after they get there confirmation of pregnancy completed. Walking them through the system's to unsure mom and baby receives all the support needed for a healthy birth outcome.

Worked with Pregnant women and Families with children under the age of 2. Did case management to help in infant and fetal deaths in high rated zip codes.
