  • Managed a thorough migration initiative to transfer assets and information from Schlumberger's current AWS accounts to their assigned accounts, with a specific emphasis on both production (prod) and development (dev) environments.
  • Identified dependencies and essential resources by conducting in-depth inspections of the current AWS infrastructure.
  • Migrated EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 buckets, and other AWS services.
  • Implemented best practices for resource tagging and organization in the new AWS accounts.
  • Configured IAM roles and policies to ensure secure access management.
  • Utilized AWS Data Migration Service (DMS) and other tools for seamless data transfer.
  • To speed up the process, automated migration operations were carried out utilizing AWS CloudFormation, Terraform scripts and AWS CLI.
