Here I process transactions or applications for clients by verifying all documents that are needed are included and correct for mail distribution. I proof read and correct any information that is incorrect in the system while also verifying check information.
I was promoted to this position from Claims and I accepted to learn more about policy documents and endorsements that were signed by our customers. Also to learn more about processing policies.
In this position I analyzed 5-7 policies per day using various systems to complete new business and renewal documents for signing. Complying with policies, laws and procedures for all states including Guam in order to make sure that any new business and renewals were correct including negotiations by researching and obtaining information depending on the state laws. I worked as a team with other analyst and underwriters to make sure this was done in a timely manner.

Here I received my P&C license working California policies. I turned in a 2 weeks notice in 2014 to take care of my mother in another state.
My job here was to take over 50 calls regarding policies that needed to be updated or explained (coverage and billing). Issued payments, stop payment and reissued payments that needed to be processed. I provided quotes, educated prospective customers on policies and I upsold policies to existing customers. Documented all activities.
