Take inbound calls and interact with the reservist make them feel apart of the company assist them in job oppurtunities and help them update their profiles. It was more of just being their for the reservists to help them with all of their needs.

Call provider's offices to verify insurance benefits and note the accounts as accurate as possible.

• Read medical documentation and then contact the veteran’s and get their preferences and then contact the Doctor’s office to schedule them a doctor's appointment and fax the authorization that the VA send to us over to the provider once that is completed we call the veteran back to inform them of their appointments

• Contact new patients when their due for an new oxygen machine and new oxygen concentrator discuss options and complete sale
• Contact Dr.’s office and get new orders for their oxygen machine replacement.

• Fill prescriptions in a accurate time frame
• Call insurance companies
• Call doctor offices and label prescriptions

• Take outbound and inbound calls and assist the clients

• Take inbound calls and assist clients to make payments on their accounts

Enter into different stores and count all the required pieces and mark them as we finish a section.

Go into office buildings and clean all the office. Dust, empty trash and vaccum. Also clean the restrooms dust, sweep, mop, clean the mirrors, counter tops and stalls.
