Proficient in computer applications and EDMS such as Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Live link, Documentum, SharePoint and Uploading documents to SharePoint, converting documents from word to pdf, 10 key, 60 wpm, VCAT, Agilenet, Microsoft Outlook, Gathers all project information such as schedules, tasks, project meetings / production meeting Work with the project team (engineering, project managers, shipping and receiving, quality, purchasing, assembly technicians, fabricators, couriers) to understand and assist with tracking all work, tasks and project assignments.
