Alcon Production



Client Objective: To empower and uplift attendees, while providing more information regarding new products, sales goals and growth during Alcon’s POA Meeting in July 2023, held in Dallas, TX.


Task Given:

• Assisted Technical director with conceptualizing and creating a full production featuring Alcon’s brand messaging of “Level Up”.

• Worked with preferred AV Partner Inspire to produce over a 650k production while utilizing a 11.25’x20’ Front-end screen and projector.

• Helped coordinate with the technical director the technical aspects of the production including lighting, audio, graphics, and stage design teams to ensure that all technical elements in the production are well executed.

• Worked closely on rehearsals as stage manager with the show caller in order to maintain production schedule, and facilitating communications between director and client.

• Built Run of Show and managed cue to cue with show caller

• Assumed role as Breakout manager, managed over 20 breakout sessions for the client to ensure all av needs and requirements are met.



UCB Production


Client Objective: To assist the client in the reveal of their new pharmaceutical product for plaque psoriasis Bimzelx to doctors and sales reps alike.


Task Given:

• Collaborated with our preferred av partner Inspire to produce 350k production that featured a 34’6 x 11’6 LED Wall.

• Assisted Technical director with conceptualizing and creating a full production featuring UCB’s brand messaging

• Helped develop client relationship as the client faced several challenges with this production, including several date changes, while awaiting FDA approval.

• Sourced CAD designer and content manager to help bring the client’s vision to life

• As Stage Manager, I assisted the technical director with the technical aspects of the production including lighting, audio, graphics, and stage design teams to ensure that all technical elements in the production


Dat Solutions Freight & Analytics


Client Objective: To assist client with their annual national sales meeting for Dat Solutions (DATCON), in Houston, TX.


• Managed client’s extremely tight budget of 150k, while guiding the client through the aspects of technical production

• Assisted the client with conceptualizing their production including providing CAD Renderings, content creation, and set design

• Helped develop client relationship and used opportunities to grow the program the following year

• As Stage Manager, I assisted the technical director with the technical aspects of the production including lighting, audio, graphics, and stage design teams to ensure that all technical elements in the production are well executed.
