• Owns and manages components of portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for single business unit/LOB partner (Security Framework/AuthHub)
• Typically aligned to a component of business domain where responsible for management of client / business area in a component of its information technology-related activities
• Directs lower-level managers or team leaders or directly manages a specialty function
• Accountable for creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversees implementation of programs, projects or processes
• Involved in coordination of translating business strategy into work programs and processes
• Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain
• Serves as single point of contact and escalation point between client/business area and internal IT. Management for resolution of unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests
• Enhanced project efficiency by streamlining communication channels and implementing agile methodologies.
• Reduced project delivery time by optimizing resource allocation and prioritizing critical tasks.

• Leads and manages project life cycle phases for multiple complex projects initiatives which could share same delivery timeline.
• Establishes clarity on project scope and develops project plans based on work breakdown structure derived from project requirements. All project assignments (includes, but is not limited to new client conversions, existing client projects, custom development projects, new product development launch projects, and internal initiatives)
• Delivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to 3 SRUM teams, management, external clients, and vendors; leads project teams of 20 to 40 people
• Facilitates Change Management Controls (Initiate, Document, Review, Approve, Notify Stakeholders, & Minimize Impact)
• Drives project team to deliver based on HLE; iterating after each sprint cycle
• Work with team to create project charter including: definition of project scope and deliverables; identification of project goals and milestones; development of project plans and budgets
• Work with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop schedules
• Assemble project team members; assign individual responsibilities; lead team meetings

• Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.

• Provide training and consultative services to clients as well as coordinate, schedule and assist customers in implementation of WorkWave's ServMan Solution
• Work directly with new and existing clients to design business processes that complement WorkWave's ServMan software solution.
• Deliver custom specifications for modifications to software & development team and perform quality assurance on completed programming
• Perform data analysis using SSMS and other tools to answer client questions and ensure accuracy of migrated data and related systems.

• Own client relationships, solution vision, business development, and project management for several clients in Nautilus PS portfolio.

• Translate client requirements into solutions supported by the offerings.

• Coach colleagues and clients through a project; require accountability for tasks and deliverables.

• Oversee product customization / enhancement projects for clients, including all internal and external partner

coordination for timely delivery.

• Simultaneously manage several projects (client-facing and internal) of various sizes.

• Engage in business development and sales activities; develop, present, and negotiate pricing proposals, Change

management, Statements of Work, and Work Orders; and see them through full execution.

• Track project financial, including accurate forecasts and budget vs. actual tracking.

• Manage implementation programs/projects for clients for all Fiserv Nautilus product offerings, from project initiation

through analysis, design, configuration, testing, training and delivery.

• Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. Provide a complete view of the overall project to the

organization and all stakeholders.

• Ensure success criteria is defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes. Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout the project.
