n) Reconciling all Inter Hotel (Hilton properties) receivables and payables.

o) Involves in decision making on all Finance related matters

p) Monitoring the compliance to SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Hilton Finance SPI (Standard Practice Instructions)

q) Handling Internal & External Audit issues. Review & do the systematic & structural changes as recommended by the auditors.
