As an inspector I may have to repeat the products myself to determine the problems in the manufacturing process. I use several types of instruments to perform my job. Quality control workers may weigh, or measure finished products. Inspects vehicles and equipment prior to operations; completes shift inspection checklist. Maintain vehicle log, inspection forms, maintenance record and daily trip report. weekends and was subject to 24 hour on-call status. Verified and signed documents actions by completing production and quality forms. All work was inspected, and quality checked per component or part. I also load and store material in accordance with regulatory requirements to include storage. I check stock data on material against documentation to assure item is located and transported properly and ensure adherence to general warehouse plans for proper location. Assure that all required documents are prepared and routed in accordance with regulatory guidance.
