
I am from Elko, NV where I was able to hone in my customer service skills working many years at a hotel front desk. I later moved to Oregon to broaden my scope and challenge myself working in different industries where I became a pastry chef at the Sparrow Bakery back in 2021. This is where I learned not only how to operate as a pastry chef, honing in precisions skills with high quantity production output but also managing a positive environment for the whole team to encourage productivity and overall culture.
