Administratively by supporting the Faculty Medical Director and 6 other providers as well as working with the hospital administration to ensure that all needs are being met. Operationally by accurately identifying and accounting for each patient seen in the hospital by the Intensivists physician. Obtain, reconcile, and forward all required documents of each inpatient medical record to the designated billing center. Work with the faculty to gather all key metric data for the monthly dashboards. Assist providers with onboarding documentation, set up trainings for incoming providers prior to start date. Troubleshoot for providers when they have issues with billing system. Organize quarterly meetings with the staff and keep an agenda for meetings. Order supplies for office as well as keeping the spirits high when needed.
