Dynamic and dedicated educator with 17+ years of experience in primary, secondary, and higher education, specializing in English language teaching and educational leadership. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Teaching and Teacher Leadership at Harvard University with a strong focus on innovation, equity, and culturally responsive pedagogy. 1. As the Founder and Chairman of English Scanner (2019–Present), I developed a comprehensive educational platform offering online ESL instruction, teacher training, and standardized test preparation, including mock testing. I led a team of over 10 instructors and successfully served more than 1,000 learners across various programs. I personally taught IELTS and TOEFL courses, helping students enhance their academic English proficiency. Additionally, I supported students as an educational consultant, guiding them through visa processes and higher education applications. Through this initiative, hundreds of students have been able to fulfill their dreams of studying abroad.

I received the National Best Teacher Award in 2023 in recognition of my outstanding teaching practices and dedication to student learning. Additionally, I was named Best Innovator under the National Innovation Award in 2024 for designing impactful, community-centered educational initiatives. These accolades reflect my ongoing efforts to transform education through creative, inclusive, and equity-driven approaches.
