  • Personally created, disseminated, collected, and analyzed primary survey results from over 500 respondents within a two-week period to better understand the issue, the Millennial generation and its perspectives, and to better craft more precise solutions for Erie Insurance and its affiliates
  • Created a multi-format research briefing for explicit use by Erie Insurance and its affiliates outlining a detailed report concerning both the root issue causing Erie Insurance's business model to fail, but detailed recommendations on how to combat the issues and maintain a successful business model, a presentation to the CEO, the board, and its affiliates of our findings, as well as distributing an electronic and physical copy of our report
  • Erie Insurance then acted upon the recommendations and have remediated their business model to be lucrative once again.
