• Charge nurse duties including but not limited to various tasks such as coordinating nursing care on unit including supervision of CNAs, head to toe resident assessments and reporting of abnormalities/change of conditions to MD, medication administration, completion of procedures/tasks for residents per MD orders, documentation of care provided.
• Wound Care Nurse duties include but are not limited to performing wound care per MD orders, documenting care provided, communicating changes/new wounds to MD and implementing wound care, weekly skin assessments, tracking of wounds to monitor for treatment effectiveness/progress in size/etc.

Job duties included tasks such as supervision of LVN/HHAs in the home, patient head to toe assessments & OASIS data collection, collaboration of care with all disciplines, ensuring appropriate orders obtained from MD/referrals completed to cover patient needs while on home health services. & numerous other duties essential to this position. Procedures/tasks performed included but were not limited to wound care, IV medication administration, venipuncture, catheter insertion/management, injections, and education related to disease processes and medications as ordered by MD.
