  • Record, track and share to the business seller team the top 5-10 (to be determined) case generating boutiques and establish the course of action necessary. Metrics to be identified that may include: number of cases/queries, time frame, % to sales, nature of query.
  • Compile a list of MP FAQ's on queries. Update and circulate to team, flagging any areas that need further attention, support or training.
  • Plan and prepare for peak periods: volume/guidelines for team/boutiques/cover
  • Ensure all Legal/CR/Compliance Polices (that include Animal Welfare) are communicated to wider MP team, sellers in a timely manner. Ensure follow up checks are in place post policy updates.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders: Legal/CR/CC/Policy Compliance Team
  • Ensure that the team are sufficiently informed and trained with business updates, including those from CR and Legal
  • Review audit process to ensure sufficiently robust to capture breach of terms.
  • Form part of the On Boarding working group to carry out a full review of our requirements (current documents and process).
  • Assist in the creation of Boutique T+C's that will support the On Boarding strategy and strengthen our MP Guarantee by ensuring our requirements and expectations are clear to all prospective boutiques.
