Lead for Liberation: School Leader Cohort

Engaged in professional development and problem-of-practice design aligned to moving our schools along the Liberatory Education Continuum.


Lead for Liberation: KIPP NC Regional Liason

Collaborated closely with senior leaders of Lead for Liberation to co-create professional development to educate over 300 school and regional staff members during a three-year partnership. Co-designed and co-led a series of 12 sessions to build knowledge on the six conditions of liberation. Facilitated and managed communication between Principals and senior regional leaders to create content and gather data specific to the cultural climate of KIPP North Carolina.
