Provides trauma informed individual, family, and group therapy to child victims of sexual and other complex trauma and their non-offending family members using evidence-based treatment modalities. The Trauma Therapist has a productivity requirement and is expected to independently manage a case load that all clients receive timely services. This position wil be primarily office based at the Juvenile Justice System, but the therapist may on occasion be asked to meet the family in another location such as the family's home, school, community, or facility. The Juvenile Justice System is a collaboration effort requiring multi-disciplinary team meetings and regular cross-professional communication and teamwork for the well-being of the children and family served.
